Goods are hired to the customer on
the understanding that they shall be returned
undamaged and in good condition on the agreed
date.
Any outfit returned heavily soiled
may be charged an additional cleaning fee of up to
£20 per item and in extreme cases, will be asked
to cover the cost to replace the the item/s.
The hirer will be held responsible
and liable for any loss or damage to any of the
outfit/s hired under their name for the duration
of the hire (except whilst in courier transit).
Customers measurements are final.
Notification will be given to the
card holder before any payment or excess charge is
debited from the hirers Credit Card.
Un-repairable, missing or damaged
to any of the outfits or accessories hired in the
customers name will result in the customer being
charged the full cost to replace or repair any
damaged or missing item/s.
Failing to return the item on the
agreed date may result in the customer being
charged an extended hire charge for every day
overdue (see below for day rates) unless the
courier is at fault.
We take great care to ensure that
each outfit and accessories are packed correctly
however customers should double check the contents
of their outfit/s upon delivery. Any missing or
damaged items must be reported back to us on the
day of delivery. Failing to report any missing or
damaged items could result in the customer being
charged the full cost to replace or repair the
item/s.
Cancellations are only accepted by
telephone and penalty charges may apply. Orders
canceled more than 14 days before delivery - No
Charge. Orders canceled between 8 and 14 days
before delivery - £10 per outfit. Orders canceled
7 days or less before delivery - £20 per outfit.
